Learn from one of the best coaches in the area — Coach Gill.
Coach Gill was a four-year varsity baseball standout at Prosser High School in Chicago (1982–1985), earning numerous All-Conference, All-City, and All-State honors as a shortstop and top hitter. During his senior year, he ranked third in the state with an impressive .585 batting average.
He continued his success at North Park University in Chicago (1986), where he earned All-Conference honors and hit 13 home runs as a freshman. His outstanding performance earned him national recognition and a spot as an alternate on the United States Olympic Team (1986–1987) as a second baseman. He later played professionally in the Winter Pro League in Mexico for the Montreal Expos (AA) and the California Angels (AAA).
Coach Gill continues to compete in high-level amateur baseball, participating in national tournaments across Las Vegas, Arizona, and Tampa, as well as international events such as the Caribbean Winter World Series in Puerto Rico.
